• Maintain records and ensure data accuracy.
• Retrieve and compile data for financial reports and cost tracking.
• Assist in month-end close activities and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Support limited accounts payable tasks and inventory tracking.
• Resolve vendor issues and handle urgent requests.
• Collaborate with multiple departments including Engineering, Operations, and IT.
• Participate in special projects and assignments as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-5 years of experience in administrative support, financial reporting, or clerical functions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow business processes and maintain compliance with SOX controls.

• Experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, or another administrative finance function.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• A process improvement mindset.
