Custodial Services Office Clerk

Office Clerk Needed Immediately - North Palm Beach, FL We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk / Processor to join a Custodial Department in North Palm Beach, FL. This position will initially be a temporary assignment with the strong potential to transition into a permanent, full-time role based on performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience within the financial services industry at a broker-dealer.

Key Responsibilities:

Process all client transfer-out requests accurately and efficiently within the Custodial Department. Ensure accuracy and timeliness when handling sensitive client paperwork and performing data entry. Conduct follow-up with external custodians, internal advisors, and other relevant parties to resolve outstanding items and facilitate the completion of transfers. Assist in maintaining compliance standards and internal recordkeeping requirements. Perform general office support functions, including managing emails, answering phones, and processing mail.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail are a must. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
