The UPS Store - - Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries;
Assist customers with shipping, packing, mailbox services, package drop-offs, Amazon returns, printing, copying, faxing, and retail purchases;
Receive and process packages for shipment through UPS, USPS, and other carriers;
Recommend shipping, packing, printing, and business service solutions based on customer needs;
Operate point-of-sale systems, printers, copiers, fax machines, laminating machines, binding equipment, and other store equipment
