• Site Plan Excellence: Draft preliminary and final site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards.
• Data Analysis: Analyze project survey data to assess existing site conditions, considering legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condominium documents.
• Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations for project direction, including hydrology/hydraulic studies, due diligence/site analyses, costs opinions, project schedules, utilities, detention/retention computations, storm sewer reports, permit applications, stormwater and soils reports, earthwork calculations, Storm

  CAD reports, and preliminary grading.
• Construction Support: Provide construction-related services such as permit applications, cut sheets, quantity estimates, transmittals; organize site plans, construction plans, and documents under senior staff guidance.
• Engineering Software Mastery: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to complete assignments efficiently and in line with established standards.
• Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication when collaborating with staff to ensure seamless project coordination.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2+ years of experience
• EIT preferred
