This position is responsible for providing leadership and decision making for a large fleet of steam turbines across fossil and nuclear units. The role includes ownership of complex troubleshooting efforts, fleet-wide technical standards, and strategic initiatives focused on improving reliability, reducing forced outages, and optimizing operational and maintenance costs.
The Principal Engineer partners closely with operations, maintenance, leadership, and external stakeholders to drive consistent and sustainable fleet performance improvements.

* Lead complex troubleshooting efforts, including root cause investigations for chronic or systemic fleet issues.
* Manage and maintain fleet engineering documentation, including Engineering Requests, Work Orders, OEM bulletins, and MOCs.
* Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving fleet reliability, availability, and cost performance.
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on outage planning, long-term asset strategy, and continuous improvement efforts.
