** About this role*
* The Manager, Investor Relations will support all facets and be a key contributor to the Investor Relations team. The role will have significant exposure to senior management, as they prepare for external engagements.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + The role will support internal IR needs such as shareholder engagement and monitoring; financial and data analysis; earnings and presentation preparation; external conferences and meetings.

+ Be a key supporter of the earnings process including presentations, prepared remarks, and Q&A.

+ Collaborate with Strategy and Business Units to understand financial performance and strategic initiatives.

+ Align with Finance, Communications and Legal teams on all processes for external materials.

** Required Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree

+ 5+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, FP&A, equity research, investment banking, and/or corporate development

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Highly motivated, collaborative and proactive to respond to management's needs

+ Finance degree or MBA, with sell-side research or buy-side experience

+ Knowledge of Carrier Business Units

+ Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)

+ Excellent written and communication skills

+ Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage competing demands

** Pay Range*
* The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $ annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

** Other Compensation*
* This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
