The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of major IT initiatives, focusing on Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success from inception to completion.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects centered on platform modernization
• Drive migration strategies and governance implementation
• Define project scope, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and success criteria
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliverables
• Coordinate with support teams to balance workloads
• Ensure compliance with security and governance requirements
• Lead post-project reviews and contribute to improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 7 years of IT project management experience
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Strong proficiency with project management platforms like Jira or Service Now
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed organization

• Experience in the energy, utilities, or regulated industry sector
• Familiarity with Exchange Online and SharePoint migrations
• Agile/Scrum or SAFe certification
• Experience managing offshore delivery teams
