Associate Attorney, Commercial Real Estate

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney specializing in Commercial Real Estate to join our dynamic legal team. This role involves managing large-scale real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, and financings. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting due diligence, and ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders and facilitate the successful closing of complex deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents.
• Oversee comprehensive due diligence processes.
• Ensure compliance with real estate finance laws and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
• Facilitate smooth and timely closings for commercial real estate deals.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active admission to the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating real estate contracts.
• Strong background in real estate finance and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
