Electro-Mechanical Tech (Second Shift)
Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Electro – Mechanical Assembler at one of our Global clients in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

As an Electro Mechanical Tech placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:
Overall Responsibilities:
Assemble components, subassemblies and finished electromechanical products using documented procedures and specifications.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Assemble and solder components, sub-assemblies, and finished products of moderate complexity as prescribed by drawings and/or procedures. Conduct tests of assembled electromechanical products as prescribed by drawings and/or procedures. Document results of assembly and/or test operations on data sheets and manufacturing records. Understand all new lines of products and their individual configurations for assembly Diagnose, correct, and verify product originally not meeting specifications.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area. Additional duties as assigned. Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times. Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer.
Educational and Professional Requirements:
High school diploma or GED and 1 year related experience in electromechanical assembly. Computer literate. Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and procedures. Ability to provide detailed documentation of work results. Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and computing rate, ratio, and percent.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may frequently be required to talk or hear. The employee may occasionally be required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and climb or balance.
The employee may lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
Work Environment While performing the duties of this position, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts, and is exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
