Manufacturing Dispatcher​/Coordinator

-  - Responsibilities:
Review, print, organize, and distribute manufacturing work orders and associated production documentation in accordance with the production schedule and established document control requirements;
Partner closely with Planning, Operations, and Inventory Control teams to ensure work orders are released accurately and on time to support production priorities and customer demand;
Monitor work order queues and documentation discrepancies, and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues and prevent production delays;
React to schedule changes, priority shifts, and urgent production requirements from affected stakeholders to facilitate rapid response and alignment;
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing dispatching processes, improving workflow efficiency, and reducing documentation-related production interruptions
