Qualifications & Experience- Current and unrestricted RN license
- Demonstrated recent experience in ICU or critical care environments
- Advanced knowledge of critical care protocols, assessments, and nursing interventions
- Proficient with electronic medical records and modern healthcare technology
- Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Contract-based assignment (hours and schedule details will be discussed during the interview process)
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients
- Closely monitor and assess patient status, anticipating and responding to urgent needs
- Administer medications, manage IV lines, and assist with procedures as needed
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the broader healthcare team
- Accurately document patient condition and interventions
- Provide clear updates and education to patients and their families
