RN Float Pool Per Diem Days
Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Always Demonstrates Service Excellence standards. Demonstrates willingness to float to various nursing departments as per competency.

Qualifications
- Education Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. - Experience:
One to three years of nursing experience in an acute care setting. - Skills:
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Effective interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities. - License / Certification:
Current state nursing license. AHA BLS certification required. AHA ACLS certification required. - Travel Requirements: N/A
