Manufacturing Engineer

** Palm Beach Gardens, FL.*
* We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead and support projects that maintain and improve site operations. This role partners with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, develop digital work instructions and training tools, and ensure site metrics for quality, calibration, and maintenance are tracked and reported.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Lead site projects that support core operations, including environmental monitoring, calibration programs, preventive maintenance, and nonconformance investigations.

+ Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings, drive action items, and coordinate with project managers to keep initiatives on schedule.

+ Design components and fixtures using CAD and produce prototypes with 3D printing to improve manufacturing productivity and quality.

+ Collaborate with operations teams on continuous improvement activities and implement practical solutions.

+ Help develop a smart training application and interactive work instructions to boost productivity and reduce quality issues.

+ Track, analyze, and present site metrics (quality, calibration, preventive maintenance) using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

+ Run fast-paced team meetings to review progress, set priorities, and manage escalations.

+ Perform other duties as assigned to support site objectives.

** Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

+ 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical device industry or a closely related manufacturing environment.

** Preferred Skills*
* + Proficiency with CAD software and 3D printing workflows.

+ Strong Excel skills (data analysis, charts, and reporting).

+

Experience with digital training tools or interactive work instruction platforms.

+ Excellent communication and facilitation skills; proven ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion.
