Receive merchandise and organize stockroom to maintain inventory accuracy;
Tag items and restock merchandise on the sales floor;
Prepare and process orders for curbside pickup and in-store pickup;
Support ready on time (R.O.T.) completion for Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders;
Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience
