Security Officer Patient Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with direction and escort requests when appropriate, and report maintenance, environmental, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.;
Support a professional atmosphere by following Allied Universal standards, maintaining awareness of location activity, and completing required reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
