Posting Security Officer - Armed Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter access points;
Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized access, property-related concerns, and/or policy violations to help support order throughout the community;
Communicate with residents, management, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders as needed while maintaining professionalism and attention to site-specific instructions
