Provide customer service by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location;
Screen visitors, staff, and/or personal items in accordance with site procedures, documenting and reporting unusual activity or prohibited items;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to the appropriate personnel when needed;
Monitor entry points and help to deter unauthorized access by verifying identification, screening access credentials, and directing people to the proper location;
Conduct regular and random patrols around designated areas and the perimeter as assigned
