Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors, staff, and vendors in accordance with facility procedures.;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical emergencies, disruptive behavior, and access-related concerns.
