Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as needed, and report unusual conditions or incidents to appropriate personnel.;
