Are you a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for a rewarding career with a company that values both its caregivers and clients? Join the Right at Home team and make a meaningful difference by providing one-on-one care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes.

$17.00–$19.00 per hour

• Flexible scheduling that fits your availability

• W-2 employment (not an independent contractor)

• Bi-weekly pay

• One-on-one client care

• Supportive office team

• Opportunities for growth and ongoing training

• We assist caregivers with completing required continuing education courses

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Medication reminders

• Transportation and errands as needed

• Document care provided and communicate changes to the office

To get started, applicants must have:

• Active CNA license or HHA certification

• Active AHCA Level 2 Background Screening

• Current CPR certification

• TB screening completed within the last 12 months

• Valid Florida Driver's License or State Photo

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients throughout Flagler County and surrounding areas

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
