Field-based Patient Access Liaison supporting the rollout of Compass Pathways' mental health treatments, primarily focusing on REMS certification, site access readiness, reimbursement education, and operational support for psilocybin therapies in TRD and PTSD.
Responsibilities- support REMS enrollment
- educate sites on treatment logistics and compliance
- troubleshoot access barriers
- coordinate treatment workflows across external partners
- maintain compliant CRM documentation
- minimum 3 years in patient access, reimbursement, or case management within pharma or specialty healthcare
- expertise in access processes, coverage, benefit verification, prior authorization, and patient journey support
- bachelor's degree
- valid driver’s license
