Field-based Patient Access Liaison supporting Compass Pathways' patient engagement and access strategies for psilocybin treatments in mental health (TRD and PTSD). Primary objective s include ensuring site operational readiness, facilitating REMS certification, providing compliant reimbursement education, and addressing patient access barriers. Responsibilities encompass site education on REMS processes, handling coverage and payment issues, coordinating treatment logistics, supporting case-level access resolution, and maintaining compliant documentation within CRM.
The role also involves cultivating stakeholder relationships, developing account business plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams while upholding non-promotional boundaries.
At least 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotech patient access, reimbursement, or case management, with expertise in specialty pharmacy, coverage, benefit verification, prior authorization, and healthcare ecosystem navigation. Proven ability to support patient journey enablement, strengthen site relationships, and execute operational plans with data-driven insights. Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license required; willingness to travel ~50% within the Atlanta, GA, region.
