Role:
Patient Access Liaison supporting site-level execution of Compass Pathways' patient engagement and access strategies for their investigational psilocybin treatment in mental health indications like TRD and PTSD.

• educate sites on REMS certification and enrollment
• strengthen site access readiness
• provide reimbursement and coverage education
• assist with case management and access barriers
• coordinate treatment logistics
• support cross-functional stakeholder communication
• maintain compliant documentation
• and develop account-specific business plans

• minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical or biotech patient access
• reimbursement
• or case management roles
• expertise in specialty pharmacy
• coverage processes
• patient journey support
• strong operational, organizational, and collaborative skills

• Bachelor's degree
• valid driver's license
• willingness to travel ~50% within Florida (Miami, Broward, Orlando)
