We are seeking dedicated Housekeeping staff to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and guest experience. This role is the "Heart of the House" and offers opportunities for progression into supervisory or management positions.

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
• Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
• Properly utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities
• Perform thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas
• Change and inspect linens and towels daily, following Green Program standards
• Practice safety standards, be aware of hazards (e.g., broken glass, frayed cords, leaks, broken locks, suspicious persons) and report promptly
• Respect guests’ property at all times
• Care responsibly for equipment
• Report to work on time and maintain accurate time records and room issuance standards
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and coworkers
• Perform other related duties as requested by the Floor Supervisor

• Housekeeping experience desirable
• Neat, pleasant personality
• Time‑management skills
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period
• Good communication skills
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions
• Physical stamina to move, traverse, and position self to reach corners, high places, and navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces; operate equipment such as spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads, and dusters
• Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs
