We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our amazing team!Responsibilities
- Clean public areas and residents’ apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture and common areas
- Perform all housekeeping duties:
- Distribute laundered articles and linens
- Replace and hang draperies
- Change beds
- Clean public restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors; clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
- Dust furniture and equipment
- Polish metalwork
- Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- Perform all laundry duties:
- Wash, dry, and iron resident laundry and community linens and textiles in provided appliances
- Fold and/or hang laundry appropriately
- Distribute laundered articles and linens
- Replace and hang draperies and change beds
- Maintain resident laundry areas, including mopping floors and washing walls regularly
- Wash windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested
- Keep utility and storage rooms clean and orderly
- Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies
- Stock cleaning cart with supplies
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to the disposal area
- Ensure trash and dumpster areas are clean in coordination with maintenance
- Complete maintenance work orders for any repairs needed
- Report resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly
- Report potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance related issues promptly to Supervisor
- May perform other duties as assigned
- Connect and help residents transition from home to community through thoughtful engagement at every level of interaction
- Arrive to work on time
- Display minimal absenteeism and tardiness
- Maintain a neat, clean appearance according to dress code
- Observe safety and security procedures
- Use equipment and materials properly
- Be able to work varied schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Background Screening Requirement:
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background screening in accordance with Florida law and company policy.
