Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $17.00/hr (Base pay). Actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Discuss with your recruiter for details.

• Ensure the cleanliness of apartment grounds within set time frames.
• Perform routine tasks such as pressure washing, leaf blowing, and upkeep.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Maintain equipment in good working order and report issues promptly.
• Address resident concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Keep inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
• Follow health, safety, and company protocols.

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or a similar role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with excellent time management.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Professional and well‑groomed appearance; represent the property and company with pride.
