Base pay range: $15.00/yr - $17.00/yr.

• Mac Gyvering your way through guest suite fixes—plumbing, painting, patching, or powering things up, you’ve got it covered.

• Spotting wonky operations or materials and flagging them before they become a “thing.”
• Staying safe and OSHA‑aligned (safety is the new sexy).
• Keeping work spaces fresh, functional, and freakishly clean.

• You’ve got 1+ year of experience in the hands‑on world of repairs: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and appliances.

• You can lift, climb, squat, crawl, and push/pull your way through the day with the stamina of a weekend warrior.
