You are the front-line leader for resident experience and support, serving as a trusted resource for both prospective and current residents. You will handle resident concerns, payments, lease inquiries, and escalated issues with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Using high-level communication and strategic consultative selling skills, you create genuine connections and deliver a positive, memorable experience throughout the leasing and living journey. You will also assist in overseeing the leasing team, providing guidance, support, and accountability, while supporting daily community operations and stepping in as needed in the absence of the Community Manager.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- Multifamily property management experience required
- One Site experience or knowledge preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)
- Working knowledge of social media and marketing concepts
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Self‑motivated with a desire to succeed
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Adaptable, creative, and open-minded
- Detail Oriented
