Manufacturing Operator — Medical Devices, 3rd Shift

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will use equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production process in a climate‑controlled environment to create products and distribute them to customers.

• Set-up and run manual, automatic and/or semiautomatic machines and related ancillary equipment in a production / processing operation
• Follow production / process specifications or instructions to manufacture a product, monitoring speed, temperature, diameter measuring equipment, flow meters, gauges, valve position to ensure adherence
• Perform in‑process quality checks for process and product characteristics using prescribed gauges, meters, microscopes and micrometers
• Report any malfunctions or abnormalities and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment
• Jobs may be of short, medium or long duration, requiring frequent change in set‑up and variation in cycle

• High school diploma/GED
• Dependability, can‑do attitude and a strong work ethic
• Candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time, work in a manufacturing environment, and wear personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Starting Rate: $18.00 per hour, with yearly merit increases
• 3rd Shift Differential:
  Additional $1.50 per hour when working 3rd Shift
• Shift: Monday - Thursday 8pm-6am (10‑hour shifts)
