Alleima’s Business Unit (BU) Medical designs, develops, and manufactures advanced medical components, including continuous glucose monitors, cochlear implants, and other medical solutions.

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will use equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production process in a climate-controlled environment to create products and distribute them to customers.

• Set‑up and run manual, automatic, and semiautomatic machines and related ancillary equipment.
• Follow production/process specifications or instructions to manufacture a product.
• Monitor speed, temperature, diameter, flow meters, gauges, and valve position to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Perform in‑process quality checks for process and product characteristics using prescribed gauges, meters, microscopes, and micrometers.
• Report malfunctions or abnormalities and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Dependable, can‑do attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work in a manufacturing environment, and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Starting rate: $18.00 per hour, with yearly merit increases.
• Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (10‑hour shifts).
• Quarterly bonus.
• Health, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days.
• 401(k) with company contribution of 5% plus matching after 30 days.
• 88 paid holiday hours per year.
• Paid time off (up to 120 hours after one year).
