2nd Shift Manufacturing Operator

Assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production process in a climate‑controlled environment to create and distribute products.

• Set‑up and run manual, automatic and/or semiautomatic machines and related ancillary equipment in a production / processing operation.
• Follow production / process specifications or instructions to manufacture a product.
• This may include monitoring speed, temperature, diameter measuring equipment, flow meters, gauges, valve position to ensure adherence to production / process specifications.
• Perform in‑process quality checks for process and product characteristics using prescribed gauges, meters, microscopes and micrometers.
• Report any malfunctions or abnormalities and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment.
• Jobs may be of short, medium or long duration, requiring frequent change in set up and variation in cycle.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Dependability, a can‑do attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, work in a manufacturing environment, and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Starting rate: $18.00 per hour, with yearly merit increases.
• 2nd shift differential:
  Additional $1.00 per hour when working 2nd Shift.
• Shift: Monday – Thursday 4pm‑12am (10‑hour shifts).
