• Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch across various categories including spices, teas, and accessories

An innovative and fast growing organization in the F&B industry seeks an experienced leader to own end-to-end product development. This pivotal role involves shaping product ideas, steering market-responsive innovations, and leading a talented team. The ideal candidate will blend creative vision with commercial expertise, working closely with marketing, supply chain, and stakeholders to create offerings that engage consumers and support rapid expansion.

• Oversee all phases of product development from ideation through commercialization.
• Manage and nurture a team of product managers and category specialists.
• Translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
• Coordinate with creative, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure product success.
• Support franchisee engagement by providing product knowledge and operational support.
• Travel about 20 percent for product testing and partner meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years in product creation or category management in consumer goods or food manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience managing small teams.
• Ability to leverage data for decision-making and product optimization.
• Strong influence skills across cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance.

• Background in food, beverage, or gourmet consumable products.
• Experience in multi-channel retail environments.
• Track record of launching products in dynamic markets.
• Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and sourcing transparency.
• Comfort working closely with senior leaders and providing strategic insights.
