• Plan, direct, and evaluate overall nursing care and functions.
• Coordinate activities of the unit, direct, organize, and assign work to nurses and pharmacy technicians.
• Assess, monitor, and educate nursing staff on patient care.
• Institute emergency procedures as necessary.

• Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Florida.
• At least two years of experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital.
• OCN certification not required.
• Fluency in English and excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• BLS required upon hire or within 30 days (FCS will provide course).
