Artis Senior Living of Palm Coast is looking for an LPN to provide clinical monitoring and support for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia on a full-time 2nd shift (3pm–11pm). Starting pay is $28 per hour, with every other weekend required and a flexible schedule to fit team needs.
You will supervise care partners, administer medications, document changes, and help residents maintain dignity, safety, and quality of life. Experience with geriatric or behavioral health nursing is preferred.
