Artis Senior Living of Palm Coast is seeking a Coordinator of Health & Wellness (LPN/LVN) for a 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) in a full-time role. Every other weekend is required, and you will provide clinical monitoring for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia, ensuring compliance with state regulations and high-quality care.
