Overview
Full-time Outside Guest Service Attendant position supporting a positive experience for members and guests while building knowledge of golf club operations.
Experience Required- One month related experience or training.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Assist with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
- Provide sincere and courteous service to guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.
- Assist in educating players regarding the game.
- Direct start of play when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
- Service customers renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return.
- Assist with food and beverage activities.
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
- Perform other duties as required.
