Job Description
The Berk Insurance Agency is hiring a sales‑driven Insurance Agent. This is a sales‑first role with light service responsibilities. If you believe you can sell more and want your income to reflect your performance, this position offers uncapped earning potential.
This is a true uncapped sales position the more you sell, the more you make, with the opportunity to earn thousands in bonuses based on your production.
We’re looking for a sales champion who is confident, competitive, and motivated by results.

- Allstate sales experience is a major plus (may allow you to start quickly)

- Present and explain insurance policy options clearly and effectively.
- Process applications, policy changes, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve agency sales targets and contribute to overall success.
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Valid Florida 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance License Required
- Proven success in a sales role, demonstrating consistent achievement of goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive and self‑motivated approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
