Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter access points;
Monitor for loitering, shoplifting indicators, trespassing, and/or property damage and report observations;
Assist with access control, closing procedures, and customer or associate interactions related to security-related concerns;
Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and first responders as needed
