Whether it’s beach vibes, desert sunsets, or mountain air—you’ll help set the stage for wow-worthy moments from the ground up.

Here's What You'll Be Up To:

• Mac Gyvering your way through guest suite fixes: plumbing, painting, patching, or powering things up, you’ve got it covered.
• Keeping the property in tip-top shape with regular preventative maintenance, it’s not just a job, it’s a vibe.
• Diagnosing quirky equipment issues like a pro and performing precision repairs that would impress your high school shop teacher.
• Jumping in for emergency fixes like a hero in a high-vis vest.
• Using hand and power tools like second nature, we’re talking drills, meters, saws, you name it.
• Rocking carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and a bit of everything in between, diverse skills, meet diverse tasks.
• Spotting wonky operations or materials and flagging them before they become a “thing.”
• Staying safe and OSHA-aligned (safety is the new sexy).
• Keeping work spaces fresh, functional, and freakishly clean.
• Flexing with “other duties as assigned”—because you’re down for whatever helps the team win.
• You’re reliable to the core and own your work like a boss.
• Details? You don’t just notice them, you nail them.
• You’ve got people skills to match your toolbelt, friendly, clear, and ready to help.
• You roll with a diverse crew and treat everyone with respect, always.
• Problem-solving is your superpower, fix it, patch it, finesse it.
• You lead by example and take feedback like a champ.
• You’ve got 1+ year of experience in the hands‑on world of repairs: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and appliances.
• You’re cool with a flexible schedule, its hospitality, after all.
• High school diploma or GED? Check. Technical training? Even better.
• You can lift, climb, squat, crawl, and push/pull your way through the day with the stamina of a weekend warrior.
• Safety is in your DNA, and PPE is your trusty sidekick.
