Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Residential Concrete Finishers for projects located in or around Palm Coast, FL. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Prep & Framing:
Prepare job sites, dig, grade, and set up forms for residential concrete slabs - Pouring & Spreading:
Direct concrete trucks, place, pour, and spread concrete efficiently - Finishing:
Screen, float, trowel, and broom-finish concrete slabs according to residential project specifications - Railing & Details:
Install railings and handle layout alignment as required by the scope of work - Site Safety:
Maintain a clean and safe job site, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly handled
Requirements:
- Experience:
Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher, Form Setter, or Concrete Mason (Residential experience preferred) - Skills:
Proficiency in using hand and power tools (trowels, floats, screeds, saws) - Reliability:
Dependable transportation to job sites around the Palm Coast area - Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift heavy materials, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in Florida weather conditions - Authorization:
Must be authorized to work in the United States
