Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Residential Concrete Finishers for projects located in or around Palm Coast, FL. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Prep & Framing:
  Prepare job sites, dig, grade, and set up forms for residential concrete slabs
• Pouring & Spreading:
  Direct concrete trucks, place, pour, and spread concrete efficiently
• Finishing:
  Screen, float, trowel, and broom-finish concrete slabs according to residential project specifications
• Railing & Details:
  Install railings and handle layout alignment as required by the scope of work
• Site Safety:
  Maintain a clean and safe job site, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly handled

Requirements:

• Experience:
  
  Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher, Form Setter, or Concrete Mason (Residential experience preferred)
• Skills:
  
  Proficiency in using hand and power tools (trowels, floats, screeds, saws)
• Reliability:
  Dependable transportation to job sites around the Palm Coast area
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to lift heavy materials, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Authorization:
  Must be authorized to work in the United States
