Join Our Team as a Receptionist! Desert Springs Post Acute | Soon to Be Willow Springs Healthcare Center Part‑Time Position $18.00 - $19.00 per hour DOE Be the First Smile People See! As Desert Springs Post Acute transitions into Willow Springs Healthcare Center, we're looking for an outgoing, organized, and compassionate Receptionist to help create an exceptional experience for our residents, families, guests, and team members.

- Welcome visitors, residents, families, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and scheduling
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support department leaders with various clerical duties
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare privacy standards
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus
