Member Assist Cart Attendant

Ensure club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informing members when products are unavailable; offering members alternative product options when needed; ensuring products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures; ensuring items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup;
Resolves member issues and concerns; promotes the company's products and services; maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps; follows procedures for handling merchandise and reporting unsafe situations;
Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assist with purchasing decisions; process member purchases; assist with payments according to company policies and procedures; utilize cash registers;
Locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; maintain availability of carts/flatbeds; assist members with transporting items; utilize cart retrieval equipment;
Complies with policies and standards; participate in collaboration with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; seek improvements; adapt to change.
