College of the Desert seeks a Public Safety Dispatcher at the Palm Desert campus to receive, prioritize, and document emergency and routine calls. You will dispatch officers, gather critical information, and coordinate with local agencies to ensure safety and timely response.
The role requires strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and the ability to work in a high‑pressure, 40‑hour weekly environment. Training includes CPR/AED and SB1626 within six months.
