Maintain ice conditions during the game through efficient snow removal;
Execute promotional timeout ice maintenance (90–100 seconds) based on AHL Policies & Procedures;
Assist with board, glass maintenance, and other ice-surface needs;
Stage in-game props and promotions on-ice during intermissions;
Engage with fans during pre-game to bring in contestants and participation for in-game promotions, anthem signers, and Zamboni rides
