Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with medical documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare team members.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Attention to detail and ability to observe changes in patient condition.
- Knowledge of proper hygiene practices and infection control measures.

HOME HEALTH RATE: $50.00/VISIT
HOSPICE RATE: $60.00/VISIT
