Essential Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living

Provide high-quality, compassionate resident care Monitor and report changes in resident condition

Support residents' comfort, dignity, and independence

Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols

Qualifications

Current California CNA certification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach

Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
