Sales Associate

We’re on the search for a Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, ensuring fellow fans can find the merchandise they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Impress them with your product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm.
• Maintain assigned areas to visual standards and cover the sales floor zone effectively.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Support store maintenance by keeping the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 18 years old to join the team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
