Del Taco - Up to $85000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Fully staff the store with quality people, recruiting, hiring, and retaining all restaurant employees.;
Ensure the team is certified according to the current training process at all times and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.;
Deliver the Del Taco Brand by executing standards and ensuring a consistent service experience.;
Identify and communicate sales goals, optimize staffing, and drive local store marketing to increase customer count and average check.;
Maintain staffing levels to meet sales, comply with labor laws, manage inventory, cash handling, and safety to achieve profitability.
