• Respond to and maintain consistent communication with field services management, typically within 24 hours of contact.
• Keep personal availability updated and accurate.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
• Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and multi‑person installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed to achieve team goals.
• Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission, reporting anomalies daily with required corrections.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Participate in and complete training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
• Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
• Follow all directives to execute tasks fully and completely.
• Collaborate with the shared services team to identify improvement opportunities, communicate solutions, and ensure operational efficiencies.

• Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability:
  Monday through Friday, with weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as required.
• Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, grasp, and reach overhead.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and work environments.
• Effective communication skills via phone, text, and email.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
• Installation and merchandising experience preferred, including hand and power tool usage.
• Familiarity with planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication.
• Must own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo and data upload.
• Complete all training assignments within designated time frames.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
• Strong leadership, professional communication, and presentation skills.
• Sound decision‑making, good judgment, and effective problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and reporting skills.

• $20.25 per hour.
• Next‑day pay on demand via Daily Pay.
