Retail Service Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of customer service programs;
Manage telephone etiquette and call handling per policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers and notify customers on shipments;
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and manage outside purchases and special orders per procedure;
Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure Zipline communications are followed;
Oversee adherence to posted work schedules and clocking-in/out policies;
Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, secure money and deposits, and manage security of the facility;
Support shift management in the absence of managers;
Other duties as assigned
